Much of the holding is somewhat low lying, quite level land in rushes with some rocky outcrops at one corner. Another section close to the shorefront is overgrown in ferns. At the most southerly corner of the site is a nicely elevated section of approximately seven acres in rocky outcrops surrounding the above-mentioned The property is accessed via a narrow public road from the main Marblehill Road up to the western neck of the holding on which there exists a small bridge.
